New York: Simon & Schuster, 1964. Limited, Numbered Presentation Copy #477/500. Hardcover. This is a signed and numbered presentation copy. Numbered 477/500 in a beautiful wooden box. The box was made by hand of paulownia wood in the workshop of the master cabinet maker Kokochi Endo of Tokyo. It is missing one of it's corner brackets but is still holding together perfectly. It also shows some rubbing, scuffing and age wear. The Binding Cloth of pure silk brocacle was woven to order by the Joshi Looms of Kyoto and appears brand new. Book itself is in fantastic condition. It's dust jacket is made of a cloth/paper blend and is a little too large but is otherwise in fantastic condition. Very Good. Item #14510
